Great Find !!

I found this leather jacket at a new thrift store in town. All processes go to The Spring. A great shelter that help abused woman get away and start new lives and jobs.

Now I'm ready for the cold when I go to visit Linda and Bev next year.

Anyone know how much this jacket is worth?? Just hope'in I got a good deal.

A Little High

Star just got home from a day at the vets. She was spayed , got a chip and the last of her shots. It was so sad to see her whimpping all the way home. I don't think she was into much pain, just glad to have Dad & Mom back. She went to sleep around one this morning after I gave her back her chewie bone and made steps for her to get on & off the bed.
Stars doing good today in fact she's barking & trying to get Ringo to play with her. She is all of 14 lbs. !!!

This is my chair by the front door Mom gave to me. When I want lovein' I have to get in my chair and I get all kind of kissies & hugs.

GROWING UP

Star is about 5 mo. old and sure has gotten longer, just a little taller.
She will be micro chip and spayed in august, poor girl.
When my back is well Star & I are going to obedience school. I have her trained to sit, and get in the chair when I open the front door. She also uses a paper to potty, goes outside but comes inside to pee!!!

I'm having a party Satuarday for all us Geminis!!!

I'll fix my Ginger Wings, bar-b-q Little Smokies , sams club potatoe salad, and all the fix'in. I ordered a chocolate cake with fudge iceing and bom boms.

Craig bought me a 26" tv for my bedroom.

It will make recoupin' form surgery a lot easier. I can see this TV without my glasses!!! Craig also put up oak cabinets above my aquarium.

Alberto

We have weather the storm Alberto just fine. Just lots of rain, 5 inches, and wind. The wind blew open the spa lid and we have a few leaves in the water. We are changing the water anyway, it will be nice for the week-end. We change the water every 3-4 month. Bobby & Alison are back fron vacation and will be coming to vist this week-end.

PLASTERED

I got PLASTERED at Limb & Brace. Sean warpped me up with plaster so a brace can be made to fit. I'll have a soft foam brace to wear for 12-14 weeks. When all is done I should be able to walk with out so much pain. The L5-S1 vertabra are rubbing together so the doc will put in spacer and aline the bones back up then fuse the bones. Sounds like fun, NOT. Linda will be here to take good care of me!!!!!

SUPERB Care

After all these years I found out I have "A-positive" blood. If it wasn't for up coming surgery I'd never known. Also my cholesterol is 228, not bad, borderline. I have one more unit to give then the blood work is done, I hope. Go wednesday for the fitting of the brace I'll wear for 12 -14 weeks. Then wait for Linda to come hold my hand for surgery on the 21st. Don't know how I'd got throught life with out Linda in it. She has always taken SUPERB care of me!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My Puppet

I found this cute little puppet at the thrift store. I had 3 people try and talk me out of Him before I could even buy'em!! He fits right in with my other treasures.

Plant Tank

We got our plant tank up and in about 3 weeks hope to see new thing growing. I planted Aponogeton capuroni bulbs in the back, they'll have long green &

reddish leaves. The Chladoflora "Tribbles" are green golfballs they just sit where you put'em ( sitting on log) I have 2 oak cabnits w/ glass in the doors to go across the top.

Thailand

Bob & Alison are going on a 17 day vacation to Thailand.
They'll be traveling around, seeing River Kwai, Emerald Buddha, Chiang Mai.
I'm sure they will have a great time.

I'm done with test & doctors for a couple weeks.

Then start pre-op stuff, back surgery is on June 21.

PIZZA NITE

Well I didn;t get my fish, waiting for the tank to get just right. The light is to hot so we're modifying some.
The cats and puppy are trying to get along. This potty thing isn't as easy tho, but I got 4-5 weeks to get'er done.
The friday nite pizza was great, thanks to my MO-CHINE !! Not the same as Wendy's, but better then delivery.

I'M BACK!!

Well I'm back agin. We added a few plants to the fish tank and I have some golf ball looking green plants ordered. I hope they will grow on the wood. I also have a clover plant that covers the bottom. We used

eco-complete dirt for the sub-stright. We'll put in some fish this week-end. I like the Panada Cory Cats

they have the cutest black eyes!!!!
The spa is great!!! Come on down for a relaxing time.

LOOONG WEEK

Gee, this week went by fast.

Ringo & Star are getting along alot better.

Star even bites Ring-ie in the face and dosen't get SPLAT.

BoBo still not happy with Stars bark, but Star never gives up.

Bo splats her to the floor, Star crys and then gets meaner!!!!

I survided the DISCOGRAM on my L3,L4,L5 disks and a MRI

The MRI wasn't to bad as long as I didn't open my eyes, I hate to be enclosed.

I go to the doc today to see what all is wrong with my L5-S1 disc, hopefuly no needles!!!!

FISH TANK

Craig & I are putting up a 30 gallon freshwater plant & fish tank. It will take a week or so to run in the water,dirt, gravel and the good bacteria things growing. Then I get to add plants etc.
My fridge and kitchen sink use to be along this wall, we want to put cabinets across the top with glass oak doors. Also make tables along side of tank for the cats to watch the fishies.
